    Very poor communication with the customers. I had to call each time to confirm reservation. On our flight home from JFK we contacted Vinny that we arrived and was told he wouldn't be there for at least two hours. He never contacted us to let us know of this dilemma. We had to rent a car (which took forever) and had to pay $180.00 for two hours. Best Part.....no apology. Never again!
